Jenifer deWolf Paine does not seem to know the real Truth about the iViewit Case, but then again it was around 11 years ago in its begining..

Also odd that Jenifer deWolf Paine uses the words "parroting" Eliot Bernstein, is that a Copyright Violation to part other Bloggers, News Articles, Legal Cases in a blog or was that a defaming and harassing statement made by Jenifer deWolf Paine of Proskauer Rose Law Firm ?

.. oh and don't forget Stephen Lamont has told me that too.. so what is really going on ??? Well I believe that Proskauer Rose LLP is making a desperate final attempt to STOP a Federal RICO Lawsuit, FBI Complaint, DOJ investigation, SEC Investigation, USPTO investigation, Florida and New York Bar investigation ... as the decade of cover ups, seemingly bought and paid for by Proskauer Rose LLP ... well the Gig is up as 39 defendants within the NYAG are all about to get "Independent Council" as they should have all along and the New Attorney General in New York, or at least the Senior Counsel to the NYAG admits they need outside counsel.. for each defendant.. so all of these "Outside Counsel" will NOT risk their license to lie and protect Proskauer Rose, so the phone calls last week with James Rogers, Special Counsel and Senior Advisor to the Attorney General that bring in James Rogers as a hero in the iViewit case.. well Proskauer Rose Law Firm is shaking in their booties, and I am just one place to attack, though they never sent a cease and desist and they never asked me where I got information, they simply assume, give their opinion as fact in a complaint to freeze my domain assets ... why? because I am on top of the search engines and Proskauer Rose's Hired Search Engine Reputation Managers can't seem to handle me..
