Laroche on behalf of Proskauer Rose LLP - Matthew Triggs ... pulls their Flat Out Lies and after defaming me, harassing me in these complaints and with NO accountability, they Simply withdraw without predjudice, meanwhile keep after me to stop use of domain names exposing Proskauer Rose Attorneys, knowing full well that my blogs are linking to other other information and that my sources are more then just me, and certainly more then Eliot Bernstein.
Proskauer Rose is known on many blogs to be above the Law. Many Blogs talk about Proskauer Rose attorneys activities, and in a very negative way. Yet in Selective Prosecution, Proskauer Rose LLP singles me out because Proskauer Rose knows that they can control the courts, hope to control WIPO and looks like they can say jump and Godaddy Does it. So Proskauer Rose easily helps a 13 Trillion Dollar patent theft and when exposed for 1.5 years now on my blogs, and no word from Proskauer Rose Law Firm to me, well now the only solution for Proskauer Rose is for them to take, seize my domain names.. surely this will make the TRUTH go away about Proskauer Rose Right?
