Further to our Acknowledgement of Receipt of Complaint, as required by Paragraph 4(a) of the Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the Rules) and Paragraph 5 of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (the Center) Supplemental Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the Supplemental Rules), we have reviewed your Complaint to verify whether it satisfies the formal requirements of the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the Policy), the Rules and Supplemental Rules.

The Center notes that the Complaint designates a three-member Administrative Panel but does not provide the names and contact details of three candidates as indicated under the Rules, Paragraph 3(b)(iv).

The Complainant is invited to submit its list of candidates, in order of preference, by April 26, 2011.  These candidates may be drawn from any ICANN-approved Provider's list of panelists; the Center maintains its list of panelists at http://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/panel/panelists.html.  

If your preference list is not communicated to us by the deadline specified above, you will be deemed to have assented to the appointment of any candidate appearing on the Center’s published list.

Any submission by you to the Center as a result of this notification must be copied to the Respondent in accordance with Rules, Paragraph 2(b) and 2(h), as well as to the concerned Registrar.  Any such submission shall be made to the Center in electronic form using the following e-mail address:domain.disputes@wipo.int.
