Joseph M. Leccese, Proskauer Rose Law Firm Attempt to Take Bloggers Domain Name.

Joseph M. Leccese, Proskauer Rose Law Firm is upset with me because I was was smart enough to register JosephLeccese.com. Joseph M. Leccese has decided to simply take the domain name, of course Proskauer Rose will make it look like they are going through proper channels. However is there a conflict of interest with Joseph M. Leccese of Proskauer Rose and any of these folk, that he "got" to pick to decide the fate of my Intellectual Property.

Joseph M. Leccese of Proskauer Rose Law Firm did not register JosephLeccese.com - Investigative Blogger Crystal L. Cox did register this domain name to further report on Proskauer Rose attorneys. Proskauer Rose Joseph M. Leccese has complained to WIPO to simply take the domain name. No other Joseph Leccese in the world is simply entitled, however Joseph M. Leccese of the powerful, above the law, law firm Proskauer Rose seems to feel "entitled" to my intellectual property, all because I post about Proskauer Rose and am very strong in the search engines.

Selective Prosecution? I think so.
