I mean, one lawsuit on this site against Proskauer Rose LLP was settled for 9 Million according to the Source Posted. And the Iviewit Stolen Patent Case is a Trillion Dollar Lawsuit.

Of Coure PROSKAUER ROSE has reported their liabilities in this matter to all regulators and liability insurance carriers. .... Right?

I intend to do a whole lot of investigative Research on Proskauer Rose LLP and their Liability Insurance Carrier and try and wrap my brain around How this could possibly be. Why would a Liability Insurance Company even Risk insuring Proskauer Rose LLP with all the Liability one can "Google" alone. Not to mention what has yet to surface.

The Only thing that would make it worth it if I was a Professional Liability Carriers would be some sort of side deals, protection of some sort or Extremely High Premiums but even that come on Trillions of Dollars of Liability how could it be worth it unless you knew for sure that you owned the US Justice System some how? And would never be Liable for the Damage you have caused.

Do you really think that Proskauer Rose is looking to their general liability and professional liability carriers for coverage ?
